  • 8th Annual e-Mental Health Exhibitor Registration

  • EMH 2019 will host Exhibitor Booths alongside a poster session on Friday, February 1 from 6:30-7:30pm during the evening reception as well as during the lunch hour on Saturday, February 2. Our goal is to highlight innovative interventions and research related to e‑mental health.

    We are accepting registration requests through January 11. Applications will be reviewed and responded to on a rolling basis, within 5 business days of submission.

    Submission Guidelines

    We encourage innovation and diversity in the e‑mental health field, and want you to highlight research in progress, or explain the process of creating your application or intervention, or describe the features of your project or current clinical responses. Exhibits can use a variety of formats, including but not limited to: poster, tablet, computer, model, paper handouts, etc. Below, please provide:

    • Organization name
    • Contact name and info
    • Presenter name, if different from contact
    • Description
    • Format

    Your description should be no more than 200 words, and should include an introduction, the development process/features/response to your project, conclusion and relevance/implications. Please let us know how you plan to show off your demo in the Format section (maximum 50 words). In this section, please note if you need access to power or any other accommodations at your booth.

    Demonstrations can take a variety of formats, including but not limited to: poster, tablet, computer, model, etc. The purpose of the demonstrations will be to highlight research in progress, explain the process of creating your application or intervention, to describe the features of your project or current clinical responses. A demonstration abstract should also be no more than 200 words, and should include an introduction, the development process/features/response to your project, conclusion and relevance/implications. Please let us know how you plan to show off your demo in the Format section (maximum 50 words).

    There will be a $150 fee for exhibitors, once accepted. All attending members are encouraged to apply, including academics, professionals, students, and individuals with lived experience. Registration at the conference is not required to exhibit, please indicate below whether the presenter will also be registered for the conference.
