In response to overdose crisis, we are reaching individuals at high risk of overdose, and their social and care network. Platform will be primarily implemented in housing programs, but also including other facilities and sites. We are reaching this population through the use of a virtual environment. This environment will be named the Risk Assessment and Management Platform (RAMP): An Online Overdose Risk Score System with Tailored Feedback to Improve access and connect Users to Existing Resources and Improve Their Long-term Overdose Risk. Building around an Artificial Intelligence/ Machine learning overdose risk assessment model, through the interaction and integration of existing resources, we are creating a plethora of different mental health related pillars to provide ongoing support for the vulnerable population, and their social and care network.
