Drug markets in Latin America differ from those in North America. They are dominated by stimulants (especially cocaine) and opioid use is mainly regional problem rather than a dominant challenge. In collaboration with our colleagues in Chile and other Latin American countries, we are analyzing the developments over the last years, including the specifics of the system of care.
