E-Mental Health Conference 2012

E-mental health 2012

2nd Annual E-Mental Health Conference: Are We Ready for a Paradigm Shift?

The second annual E-Mental Health Conference for technology and mental health was hosted by the UBC Department of Psychiatry, Vancouver Coastal Health and the Centre for Health Evaluation and Outcome Sciences (CHEOS). Practitioners, researchers and knowledge users were invited to discuss the field of mental health and how cutting edge developments and new technologies may be integrated in order to improve learning, treatment and communication.  In addition to youth mental health and addiction treatment online, this conference focused on online screening and assessment, cognitive behavioural treatment and games as online tools to promote a paradigm shift in mental health delivery.

For more information, the full conference program may be accessed here.
